Overall Interface
The Binance APP has a fairly clean interface design, with the bottom navigation bar divided into five main sections: Home, Markets, Trade, Earn, and Assets. It might feel overwhelming at first with so many features, but the commonly used ones are just a few, and you'll get familiar within days.
The APP supports dark mode and light mode switching, as well as multiple languages including Chinese and English.
Core Trading Features
Spot Trading
This is the most fundamental feature. On the Trade page, select "Spot," search for the token you want to trade, and you can buy or sell. It supports limit orders, market orders, and stop-loss/take-profit orders.
The interface shows real-time candlestick charts, depth charts, and recent trade records with comprehensive information. The candlestick charts support multiple timeframes and technical indicators — enough for those who do technical analysis.
Futures Trading
Switch to "Futures" on the Trade page to access perpetual and delivery contracts. It supports 1-125x leverage, with both long and short positions available. The futures interface has dedicated position management and P&L calculations, which is quite intuitive.
P2P Trading
Tap "Buy Crypto" on the homepage to enter the P2P trading section. It supports bank transfers, Alipay, and other payment methods to purchase USDT or other cryptocurrencies from verified merchants. The entire process is secured by platform escrow — very safe.
Features You Might Not Have Noticed
Price Alerts
On the Markets page, long-press on any token to set a price alert. For example, if you want to buy Bitcoin when it drops to a certain price, set an alert and you won't need to watch the charts — you'll get a push notification when the price is reached.
Auto-Invest
In the Earn section, you can find the "Auto-Invest" feature. Set the token, amount, and frequency (daily/weekly/monthly), and the system automatically executes purchases for you. This is especially great for users who don't want to spend time watching charts but want to invest long-term.
Binance Earn
Deposit USDT or other tokens you're not currently using into Binance Earn to earn interest. There are flexible and locked options — flexible can be withdrawn anytime, while locked offers higher rates but with a lock-up period.
Copy Trading
In the Trade section, you can find the "Copy Trading" feature. The platform has many traders with public track records — you can review their historical returns and trading styles, then choose one to copy. The system automatically replicates their trades.
Of course, copy trading doesn't guarantee profits. When choosing a trader, look at long-term performance rather than just the past few days' returns.
Grid Trading
This is an automated trading tool. Set a price range and number of grids, and the bot will automatically buy low and sell high as prices fluctuate. It works well in ranging markets but performs poorly in trending markets.
Transfer Feature
The Binance APP supports direct transfers between users — enter the other person's Binance ID or email to transfer crypto with zero fees. Very convenient for transferring cryptocurrency between friends.
APP Tips and Tricks
- Customize Homepage: Long-press the function icons on the homepage to rearrange them, putting frequently used ones up front
- Candlestick Shortcuts: Pinch to zoom on candlestick charts to adjust the time range, long-press to view detailed data for a specific candle
- Quick Pair Switching: Use the search box at the top of the trading interface to quickly search and switch to other trading pairs
- Asset Overview: On the Assets page, view the total estimated value across all accounts, with BTC or fiat currency denomination options
Android vs iOS Differences
Android users can directly download and install APK files — the installation process is straightforward. iOS users need an overseas Apple ID to search and download from the App Store, or install via TestFlight.
Feature-wise, both platforms are essentially identical. Due to App Store review restrictions, some feature updates on iOS may arrive slightly later than on Android.
